Middle School track. We went around today and spoke to all the kids about middle school track. If your student wants to participate the practices start next Monday March 16. They will head down to the track at 3:30 and you can pick them up at 5:00 from the track. For track meet information you can find the dates on athletic.net under middle school track for Prairie City. Thank you.
Reminder that the winter middle school sports awards and dessert will be tomorrow at 6:00 at the PC Senior Center. If you haven't already can you please bring your clean jerseys to the awards. After that please bring them to school. Girls turn in to Mrs. Cruise and boys turn in to Mr. Colson. Thank you.
The Parent Teacher Committee is partnering with Original Works for a fundraiser to provide products with your child's original artwork. Order forms will be sent home soon and are due back March 19th. All proceeds will be used to support Prairie City School students and teachers. Thank you in advance for your support!

Update to winter sports awards!!!! Well we had some conflicts with the first date with several people/kids so we are going with Tuesday March 10 for middle school at 6:00.
High school on Thursday March 19 at 6:30. Dodging other spring sports makes these the dates we have to go with
Update that the winter sports banquet will be Thursday March 12 at the Prairie City Senior Center. Middle school at 5:00. High School at 6:30.
Here is some pertinent information regarding the final championship boys bracket in Baker City Wednesday through Saturday. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students. The final session on Saturday is $12 for adults. Tickets can be bought online as well. All games will be broadcast on NFHS as well. A quick link to the NFHS "broadcast coverage" can be found on the NFHS link below each game listed on the bracket.

The Class of 2029 is bringing you their Annual March Madness fundraiser! They are selling Men’s and Women's College Basketball March Madness brackets. Pre-Sale is now through March 16th. Students will be giving out brackets for participants to complete on March 17th (or you can turn in a bracket you have already completed). Participants need to turn in their completed bracket and $20 entry fee by March 18th to be entered. If 100 brackets in each Men's and Women's are sold, 1st place wins $500, 2nd place wins $300, and 3rd will win $200! Please contact any 9th grade student or parent to participate!

Update to watching boys game in Days Creek. If you want we are going to try and Facebook Live the game on Levi Voigt's account. If you want to watch it we will try and friend as many as we can before the game.
Just an FYI to all the basketball fans. Days Creek school does not have cameras so the game will not be televised on NFHS or HUDL. Sorry.
