Yesterday we hosted 121 participants in the High Desert League Academic Bowl. 9 schools from the HDL were there. It is great to give kids an opportunity to compete in something other than athletics through the HDL. One of the Prairie City High School teams finished 3rd out of 14 teams. There were also 9 middle school teams. Congrats to all participants.

The PC boys competed well yesterday at Wildhorse. The team finished 5th out of 12 teams. The majority being 4A & 5A teams. I think there were a few nerves on the front 9, but for the most part they played better on the back 9. Sawyer took home top honors with a 1st place 1 over par 73. Congratulations!

Tomorrow is the Rural Health Career/College Day fair. We apologize for the short notice. This is a great opportunity for those who want to explore options in the medical field.
